Production and Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production and Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and optimize production and maintenance processes within a manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve defined quality and productivity standards.
• Record current and historical data related to production, maintenance, and inventory in Copreci group systems and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, including defective rates, scrap rates, final inspection, and PPMs at the customer level.
• Maintain order and cleanliness within production and maintenance areas.
• Develop and oversee the manufacturing program, ensuring timely completion and anticipating worker requirements.
• Analyze data and implement corrective measures for any deviations.
• Generate support documentation, including control plans and instruction sheets.
• Train and instruct operators on working methods, quality control, product functionality, and health and safety procedures.
• Prepare, set up, and overhaul machinery as needed.
• Organize and supervise periodic machine servicing.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and installations.
• Identify and repair anomalies detected during preventive maintenance checks.
• Propose improvements to the preventive maintenance process and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in maintenance and production management, preferably in home appliance factories.
• Age: 35-45 years old.
• Preferred Location: Near the 10th of Ramadan.
• Language: High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming.
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Familiarity with PPM, CP & CPk, 7 quality tools, 5S methodology, QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14000.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial environment.

Location: 10th of Ramadan, Egypt
Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
