Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide guidance during the development process.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective Agile processes are followed.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and feature development.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
Monitor product development progress and performance, utilizing metrics and KPIs to inform decisions.
Participate in product roadmap planning and communicate product updates to stakeholders and team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the product competitive and relevant.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product team.
