Product Manager - Super App "Rewards & Incentives"

About the role
We are seeking a

Product Manager to support the Rewards & Incentives squad for our Super App and Partner apps. This role is crucial for driving customer engagement through loyalty and subscription programs, exploring new strategies, and delivering innovative solutions that support user retention and growth. As part of the product team, you will collaborate with other product managers and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, feature development, and customer insights. Role & Responsibilities



+ Own the roadmap and backlog for platform improvements and new initiatives related to customer engagement, rewards, and retention strategies.
+ Assist in the development and execution of referral and loyalty programs, subscriptions, and other initiatives to improve user adoption and engagement.
+ Support product lifecycle management from concept through launch, ensuring continuous product improvement.
+ Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and gather performance data to contribute to product strategy.
+ Collaborate with teams across marketing, growth, business, engineering, and design to ensure timely delivery of high-impact products.
+ Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, particularly in a remote setup, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
+ Foster a culture of innovation and resourcefulness, continuously seeking new ideas and approaches to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
+ Manage the day-to-day routines, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, project and program management, country programs management etc.

What we’re looking for :



+ 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
+ Some knowledge of growth funnels, customer retention, and user segmentation is a plus.
+ A strong interest in fast-paced, consumer-focused technology startups.
+ A passion for user-centered design and delivering great customer experiences.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality.
+ Comfortable engaging with business teams and senior executives.
+ A proactive and collaborative attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
+ Go-getter attitude with a strong bias for action, bonus if previous entrepreneurial experience.
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
