Job Description:
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact.
Pre-sales and Business Development Activities
- Identify and validate product-market fit for new and existing solutions, ensuring alignment with target customer segments.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential product opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Create tailored product demonstrations and prototypes to showcase capabilities to potential clients.
- Support the business development team in client meetings, highlighting the product’s technical and business benefits.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product development and launches.
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
-Drive & align with the Technology lead on the end-to-end product development process, from concept to delivery.
- Define and prioritize features, create user stories, and manage the product backlog
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
- Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions for product optimization.
- Iterate on features and functionalities based on performance metrics.
Stakeholder Communication:
-Communicate product updates, milestones, and releases to internal stakeholders and customers.
-Gather and incorporate feedback from various sources to enhance product quality.
