Product Manager with a strong background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of our EPM and AI/ML product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of EPM processes, AI/ML technologies, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, product planning, and roadmap development.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality EPM/AI/ML solutions.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership and clients.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and work closely with development teams to deliver winning products.
Product Development and Performance Monitoring:
Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by working closely with engineering teams.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in EPM, AI, and ML technologies.
Market and Customer Insights:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Develop and maintain deep expertise in EPM, AI, and ML technologies and trends.
Implement processes for continuous product improvement and iteration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on EPM, AI, and ML solutions.
Strong understanding of EPM processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Proven experience in managing AI/ML product development and deployment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with popular EPM software solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM, SAP BPC).
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
