Product Manager



Cairo Product – Product Management / On-site / On-site We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our digital financial products!
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, driving execution, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly financial products. You will own the product roadmap and ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and stay ahead in the competitive fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs. - Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development. - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensure that product development aligns with technical, compliance, and market requirements. - Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and customers. - Define and track product performance metrics (e.g. adoption rates, transaction volumes, customer satisfaction) to continuously optimize the product. - Ensure products meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards in the digital payments space (PCI-DSS, PSD2, etc.). - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new features and product launches.
What do you bring: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the digital payments or fintech industry. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset. - Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams without direct authority. - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with B2C payment products is a plus. - Understanding of APIs, payment processing, and integration with third-party services. - Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) and data analytics platforms. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
