The purpose of our MENA Product Delivery Manager role is to manage our B2B digital entertainment products and partners marketplace offering, from inception to realization in multiple markets and clients along the MENA region. The right candidate would:


  • Own the product vision for each specific client, complying with the needs and limits of the product itself.
  • Own the partner integration process from a product perspective
  • Own the internal CMS tool to configure our B2B products
  • Understand clients’ needs, which are mainly telecommunication companies based in MENA.
  • Collect business requirements and translate them into a value-oriented features to be included as part of the company product strategy and roadmap
  • Control all the details from a features update cycle (understanding the features, adapting it to each client, communication, alignment with all stakeholders, having quality in mind, testing, official launch and controlling the post-launch behavior)
  • Data driven: creating product reports based on customers usage to understand the needs of improvements and potential revenue increases through product changes
  • Drive A/B testing in different products to understand the best feature performance
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research and competitive analysis as basis for product design and positioning
  • Engage with designers and user focus groups to create early prototypes in an iterative manner
  • Update the B2B products on a regular basis (content, text, functionalities), owning the CMS tool.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with the client, the commercial teams, the content teams, and development teams across all our regions to be able to reflect product excellence and quality
  • Integrate new partners along the value chain to enrich the partnership offering portfolio of our global marketplace
  • Be obsessed with feature and user experience details, geared towards creating addictive services that bring memorable value to the life of users
  • Act as a product promoter internally and externally, preparing sales and marketing material, customer pitches and participate in answering RFPs.
  • Accountable for the diligent delivery of the product milestones within budget, scope and timeline, moderating or escalating where needed.
  • User testing and definition of acceptance criteria along established quality gates as part of the overall quality management system in place.
  • Continuously sense the market insights exploring new horizons to evolve and promote the product
