We’re Seeking a talented Procurement Specialist To join our team.

Job Purpose 


The Procurement Specialist at Z-Expierence will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services essential for our high-end event designs. This role requires a keen eye for quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery to ensure seamless event execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement within the event, floral, or design industry and a strong network of reliable vendors


Job Responsibilities:


1. Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely availability of décor materials, floral supplies, and event essentials.


  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers to secure the best quality and pricing.


  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.


2. Inventory & Logistics Management
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock levels.


  • Handle logistics and shipping coordination for local and imported goods, ensuring timely delivery.


3. Quality Control & Material Sourcing
  • Source and test new materials, ensuring they align with the company's design standards and sustainability goals.


  • Coordinate with designers and operations to procure materials that meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of each event.


  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product innovations in the event décor industry.


4. Procurement Operations & Compliance
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.


  • Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, defects, or discrepancies in orders.


Specification


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


  2. 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the event décor, floral, or luxury design industry.


  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.


  4. Knowledge of local and international suppliers for event décor and floral materials.


  5. Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software.


  6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


  8. Understanding sustainability trends in procurement is a plus.
