Vendor Performance Monitoring:- Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and responsiveness.- Address and resolve supplier-related issues to maintain seamless operations.9. Procurement Expertise:- Proficiency in sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.- Understanding of procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and vendor benchmarking.3. Supply Chain Management:- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.- Familiarity with international sourcing, import/export regulations, and customs compliance.4. Cost Analysis & Budgeting:Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and develop procurement strategies to optimize budgets.5. ERP and Procurement Tools:Proficiency in ERP software and procurement platforms for vendor management and purchase orders.6. Technical Drawing Interpretation:Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs/BOQs.7. Quality Assurance:Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures for electrical equipment and materials.8. Software Skills:- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).- Experience with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.9. Risk Management:Capability to assess and mitigate procurement-related risks, such as supply disruptions.
