Procurement Officer



Purpose of the Job



To monitor all purchases to ensure it’s aligned with the company needs and order placed with the suppliers

Job Description



Running RFXs for all assigned categories (Direct & Indirect) Enforce Procurement Policy and get involved at early stages in scope of work definition and issue the RFX Manage the Procurement Process and the supply case efficiently and effectively Ensure that a business has a constant supply of materials or equipment. Work towards achieving targeted financial efficiencies and cost savings initiatives Process, validate & monitor requisitions from different departments. Source, Review, negotiate & procure materials & services. Manage & monitor procure to pay full cycle. Maintain inventory by review inventory levels, monitor records & plan for future orders. Maintain good vendors relationship and follow up on delivery and service level. Review outsourcing deals and contracts and evaluate vendor performance. Work closely with legal and functional team on drafting & review contracts terms and conditions. Handling Audit Points and Observations

Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education



Education: BA Industrial Engineer, Finance, Business administration, logistics or any related field 2-3 Years’ of relevant experience Good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures. Analyze and solve complex problems and have careful attention to detail. Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as MS words & Excel. Good time management and organizational skills Very good command in English language Excellent Problem Solving skills Sourcing & supplier management skills Strong Negotiation &Communication skills
