Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate supplier performance and compliance, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.


- Support sourcing negotiations with vendors, leveraging data insights to achieve competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.


- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


- Generate reports on procurement metrics, provide actionable insights to management, and assist in decision-making processes.


- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.


- Engage in market research to stay informed about industry trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies.


- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication.


- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support overall procurement strategies and goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.


- 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis.


- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.


- Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.


- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and internal teams.


- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.


- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated.


- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
