JOB PURPOSE
Supporting the Process Expert-PS for engineering BOQ pricing, identify new items and price, consolidation report preparation of a project and generate RFP and submit to project team and SOP.
Project Supporting – Pricing, RFP Creation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
BOM activities including (Pricing, and Conversion):
Price the engineering BOQ received from project/engineering departments with existing prices of the project and obtain new item’s price from costing team and communicate back to project department to submit client’s for approval. Mark the newly identified item in each BOQ for an easy identification and summarization. Create items in LN for newly listed components in the BOQ with a proper BOM and routing received from production department under the supervision of Process Expert. Support the process expert in cross verification of existing order rates & request missing prices from costing on revised BOQs based on projects/client requirement. Responsible to ensure that the received RFQ’s / Add. purchase orders are properly logged in pipeline and project folder. Ensuring the request carries the updated system summary and product drawings to coherent with BOQ. Ensure to attend all assigned request tickets and close them within the agreed SLA.
Consolidation.
Support in combining multiple engineering BOQs / Documents in excel.
RFP Creation
Ensure Blanket order are matching with the customer PO / Site call off. Ensure the mandatory documents/details i.e. SS Product Drawing, CRSD, approvals etc are available along with the requests/ site call off. Prepare the RFP form and create an order pack with necessary attachment in FPI’s Sharepoint (Pipeline). Distribute the order pack to the SOP Team and maintain the SLA. Alert the project team when the release exceeds blanket order value to obtain a change/covering order or approval from client/management.

Processes supported: As Per Operational Function and Domain Scope Countries supported: GCC, Asia, Egypt, Spain and Netherlands Performs tasks as per Standing Operating Procedure of the Project Support team. Works under the direct supervision of the Team leader and the support and guidance from the Global Planning & SSC – Project Support Team Manager. Collaborates with members of the teams.

Skills



Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
1 year of experience in Manufacturing Set-up or a Global Shared Services Manufacturing / Engineering services / KPOs industry experience preferred. Experience working for project team as a Document controller / Project Coordinator / Planner.
Job-Specific Skills:
Experience using Infor LN / CRM tool / Master in MS Office. (min. Excel / Words) English Fluency Ability to build relationships within the department and beyond
