Printing Center Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Coordination:

• Schedule and prioritize print jobs to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with design, production, and delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels (paper, ink, supplies) and place orders as needed.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance/repairs.

1. Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
• Process orders, provide quotes, and ensure accurate specifications.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Support staff with training and task delegation.
• Conduct daily briefings to align on priorities and address challenges.

1. Quality Control:

• Inspect final products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions for errors or defects.

1. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain records of orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Prepare reports on production metrics, customer feedback, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, preferably in printing, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with a calm demeanor under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the printing industry.
• Knowledge of printing software (e.g., RIP software).
• Additional languages (French) is a plus.
