Job Title : Sr. Sales Engineer



Location: Egypt

Role Summary:



We are seeking a Sales Engineer based in Egypt to support our mission of enabling enterprises to achieve operational excellence and business growth through innovative software solutions. This role involves high client interaction, solution design, and technical engagement across a diverse portfolio of customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities



1. Customer Engagement



Collaborate with the sales team to identify the needs of emerging customers and align Azentio’s solutions to their business objectives. Conduct tailored product demonstrations that highlight the value and capabilities of Azentio’s software solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing customer queries and concerns with technical clarity and business relevance.

2. Solution Design



Analyze customer workflows and business processes to design and propose optimal solutions from Azentio’s product portfolio. Create proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions that demonstrate the application of Azentio software in addressing specific client challenges. Ensure proposed solutions align with the financial and operational requirements of emerging customers.

3. Collaboration & Regional Expertise



Work with internal product and development teams to ensure regional customer needs are considered in product enhancements. Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve Azentio’s offerings and address specific challenges faced by emerging markets.

4. Market Awareness & Representation



Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regional challenges in BFSI within emerging markets. Represent Azentio at regional conferences, events, and webinars to showcase our expertise and solutions. Contribute to thought leadership through case studies, blogs, and client success stories.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1. Domain Expertise



Good understanding of BFSI operations, including core banking, lending, risk management, and compliance processes. Knowledge of challenges faced by emerging enterprises in scaling their financial and operational capabilities.

2. Technical Acumen



Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud technologies, and system integration. Ability to bridge the gap between technical features and business benefits for non-technical stakeholders.

3. Communication & Relationship Building



Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and propose innovative solutions.

4. Regional Experience & Travel



Experience working in Egypt and similar emerging markets is highly desirable.

5. Education & Experience



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the BFSI or enterprise software sector.
