We are seeking for enthusiastic professionals, with energy, who are results driven and have can-do attitude, who want to be part of a team of likeminded individuals who are delivering solutions in an innovative and exciting environment. As a Presales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understanding their unique business needs, and presenting the value proposition of our fintech solutions. You will be responsible for driving the sales process, delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations, and collaborating with our sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and communication skills.


What you will do 


  • Lead competitive learning by market research, evaluating competitor products, programs, weaknesses, strengths, strategies and training important internal stakeholders to create competitive solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain continuous technical relationships within corporate customers and partners as well as internal to ensure high levels of satisfaction through consultation.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Influence Customers Vision & Strategy through providing CXO level.
  • Coordinating and aligning with product, technical, commercial, finance and legal to prepare winning RFP/RFQ/Tenders responses.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and proposals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, provide product, business, and technical expertise to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs &
    boost sales volume
  • Coordinating and aligning with product, technical, commercial, finance and legal to prepare winning RFP/RFQ/Tenders responses.

What you will bring 


  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years' experience in similar role, working for FinTech, Telecom/Technology or Bank's sector
  • Fluency in English, second language would be an added advantage
  • BSc and MA/MSc in Business, Science, Engineering or Marketing. MBA will be considered as a plus
  • Deep understanding of fintech products and solutions, including scoring, financial decisioning, and disbursement & collection
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Willingness to travel as required
