·In-charge of the overall project planning, project controls which includes preparation of CPM schedules, project execution plan(s), work packages, progress reports, material/ equipment loading/ utilization histograms/ plans/ reports.
·Support project managers in preparing the executive and top management presentations.
·Update the client as well as the stakeholders and the management regarding progress of project, inform about milestone reached, bring to notice potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
·Document all lessons learned to serve as reference in forthcoming project activities and eliminate mistakes to verify earlier lessons learned have been actualized in current tasks.
·Plan and assign work schedules to project team members, ensure efficiency in task execution and that all equipment and facilities are optimally utilized.
·Attend regular internal meeting with projects team members for reporting the project status.
·Monitor works and ensure quality standards across all work products and compliance with the budget and project timeframe.
·Lead continual improvement initiatives, ensure technical standards are consistently met, employ best practices as per project management methodology and ensure design guidelines are met.
·Perform delay analysis using the time impact analysis techniques required in the contract or that suits the case in hand (impacted as planned, time impact analysis, As-Build but for collapsed As Build, window analysis), Performing prospective & retrospective analysis.
·Work with the claims team to prepare the statement of claim and the overall claim submission document and calculate the extra costs (Direct, prolongation, Loss of profit, disruption, etc.).
Education: BSc. in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
Years of Experience: 7-10 years’ experience in infrastructure and OHTL projects.
Language: English Language is a must, French is preferable
Computer skills: Primavera P6.8 Basics/Advanced Level, Microsoft Excel, Tilos, Vico and Earned Value Technique.
