Location: Ain El Sokhna
Accountabilities and duties:
·Create the Project Schedule.
·Upload all the required labor, equipment, and materials resources to the program.
·Initiate the S-Curve Virtual Progress Plan, and make periodic updates to the program as per the project required.
· Prepare the hierarchical structure of the works (WBS) Work Break down Structure, and ensure that the hierarchical structure is as compatible as possible with the approved divisions in the bill of quantities.
·Prepare the cash flow chart, and matches the owner's financing capacity.
·Responsible for monitoring, following up, and developing the timeline program by comparing it with the base program, and the process of updating the schedule at periodic intervals.
·Validate the actual data during the periodic follow-up of the project provided by multiple sources.
·Reviewing and approving invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required.
·Determining critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties, identifying significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements, and identifying the critical path for discipline or specialty work activities.
·Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as (resources histograms, updated schedules, KPI (Key Performance Indicator), S-Curve, a summary of the Project progress, procurement status, ….) for the clients and top management.
·Prepare procurement plan showing local and imported materials in addition to dates for material submittals.
·Prepare any claim by using any time impact methodology.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural.
· Proficiency in Primavera.
· 10+ years of related work experience.
· Excellent use of Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
. Construction work on-site experience is a plus.
. Experience in working with international Consultants.
