The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Installation Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role you will be Managing/performing work associated with procurement & supply of manufacturing materials including.

How you’ll make an impact            

• Planning materials requirements and materials inventory.
• Controlling and managing downstream SC delivery performance.
• Controlling and managing of Stock & obsolescence.
• Responsible for shortage management.
• Close cooperation with all stakeholders to make sure production plan is updated based on material status.
• Managing stock & makes priority settings in case of shortage.
• Coordinating of supply activities & BOM management.
• Maintaining Inventory levels aligned with targets.
• Developing stocking policy & ROL for when appropriate.
• Improving inventory turns.
• Reporting Planning KPI on time.
• Communicating material consumption expected for the next six months
• Sharing inventory status to senior managers.

Your background             

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5 – 7 years of Experience in production planning.
• Able to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
• SAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
