Job Summary:


We are looking for a Personnel Senior Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing all personnel-related processes. This role will be responsible for handling employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing social insurance and medical benefits, and supporting payroll operations.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Handle all HR procedures for appointing new employees and offboarding employees
  • Maintain and update employee records consisting of benefit records, employment history records and existing employment status
  • Maintains confidential examination and applicant files
  • Responsible for keeping all employees files in an organized way
  • Respond to employees on all HR operations inquiries
  • Assists in statement of employment or notice of appointment contracts
  • Address employee issues and concerns as needed and provide guidance
  • Implements and/or communicates personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations
  • Implement general HR procedures and forms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of HR Operations (Personnel)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Very Good command of English
