Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees and support in managing the activities of the Head Office personnel department.
- Establishes and monitors the implementation of reports for current legal cases
- Follow up & monitor employee master data in ERP
- Support in preparing annual form 2 for social security
- Follow up current social security investigation cases
- Prepares various reports for colleagues in the insurance department and provides periodic reports to the direct manager.
- Contracts Renewal monitoring & tracking
- Monitors the employees filing operations
- Conducts administrative investigations with employees as assigned.
- Follow up employee’s clearance cycle.
- Presents labor issues to the direct manager promptly and provides solutions.
- Develop all department policies and manage policies renewals
- Prepares & follow-up monthly / quarterly / annual closing reports
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws & company policies
- Follow up & monitor employee employees transfers between sites & companies
- Acts on behalf of the department manager when requested or in their absence, within the scope of their job responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- 8 Years experience in Personnel in relevant industry
- Strong knowledge of social security & labor laws
- Developing Personnel policies & procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Oracle ERP knowledge is a must
- Good analytical skills
- Good Command of English language
- Master’ degree is a plus
