Job Purpose
The Personnel Associate is responsible for managing all personnel and administrative tasks related to employees, including leave management, overtime tracking, hiring documentation, resignations, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily personnel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Monitor the Egypt Resignations inbox, respond to employee inquiries, and guide resigning employees through the process. Communicate clearance procedures to resigning employees and coordinate with stakeholders to complete the process. Process employee separations in Oracle and ensure all necessary system updates are completed on the termination date. Prepare and submit the separation sheet to Payroll before the closing date after verifying terminations in Oracle. Ensure all required resignation and declaration documents are signed before the employees last working day. Collect company assets, including medical and ID cards, and confirm clearance before issuing final approvals. Provide departing employees with their official documents, including experience letters. Notify banks of separated employees by sending the monthly separation sheet on the first of each month. Facilitate financial entitlements for the families of deceased employees. Maintain organized and updated records for employment, resignations, and personnel documents. Support the personnel team with new hire onboarding and contract renewals. Generate and submit monthly reports on personnel actions and updates.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in Business Administration.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a personnel role is required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Ability to handle tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
