Who You Are:
You're a performance media advertising expert obsessed with driving measurable outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You're a natural communicator, fluent in Arabic and English, with a proven track record of delivering ROAS for businesses in Gulf markets. Deep experience in social platform ads manager (Snapchat, Tiktok, Meta, Google) is required. Experience in relying on creators to drive low-funnel actions / sales is a significant advantage.
What You’ll do:
Performance Media Strategy and Execution
â Develop and execute multi-channel performance media campaigns across search, social, display, and video platforms.
â Utilize advanced targeting techniques including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom intent audiences.
â Implement sophisticated bidding strategies to optimize for ROAS, CPA, or other relevant KPIs.
â Create industry-specific playbooks that articulate the most proven strategies in delivering results
â Leverage first-party data and CDPs for enhanced audience segmentation and personalization.
â Stay at the forefront of performance media trends, emerging ad formats, and platform capabilities.
â Develop a learning agenda that clearly articulates our learning objectives and plans.
Data-Driven Optimization
â Implement robust tracking and measurement solutions (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Facebook Conversion API, multi-touch attribution models).
â Define and monitor complex KPIs that align with business objectives and sales funnel stages.
â Conduct in-depth performance analysis using advanced analytics tools and statistical methods.
â Develop and maintain optimization frameworks for continuous campaign improvement.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
â Develop comprehensive, actionable reports that go beyond surface-level metrics to provide strategic insights.
â Communicate complex performance data and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
â Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement and scale.
