Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management Engage with partners on a day to day basis to drive revenue on the accounts Identifying and reaching out to potential affiliates/influencers for a specific brand. Negotiating commission structures, and deliverables Help partners set up campaigns for the brands Assist partners to optimize performance with valuable insights on the brand.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Launching affiliate/influencer marketing campaigns Coordinating content creation, approval, and publishing schedules Ensuring influencer and Affiliate content aligns with brand messaging and compliance rules
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitoring campaign performance (Ad placements, conversions, ROI, engagement) Analyzing data to identify high-performing partners and areas for improvement Testing content, commission models, and incentives to optimize results
Qualifications & Requirements:
Up to 2 years of experience Fluency in English language Basic analytical skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
