Location: Cairo, Egypt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:



Medical & Life Insurance :



Issuing medical checkup letters Issuing/ renewals /termination medical insurance cards Budgeting & Following up the medical insurance/ medical checkups costs Following up the claims reimbursement Follow up on clinic performance in terms of attendance clinic staff and day to day operations

Prepare death claims needed documents -

Life insurance



Consolidating needed documents for each case to take approval

Employment Contract renewal:



Follow up with managers beside alerts from HITS to collect performance employees’ feedback forms for employment contract renewal and end of probation period by Preparing consolidated sheet including SFE KPIs , Talent , , P&C BP Feedback as well as direct Managers’ recommendations and align with P&C Head for the final decision
Preparing contract renewal form and termination document as well as communication with concerned employee’s manger and all stakeholders and align with HRIM to update HR Systems

Personnel:


Issuing HR letters for employees Issuing invitation letters for expatriates

Satisfaction Surveys:


Responsible for running satisfaction surveys related to summer resort, Les enfants de Sanofi, solidarity days and Medical insurance… etc. and analyzing the results

Others:


Perform other duties as assigned. Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter. Respect of personal data protection charter.

Abide by the requirements of the code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company

Health, Safety and Environment Responsibilities



Comply with company procedures and current regulations on hygiene and safety. Properly use the work equipment, dangerous substances, and preparations as well as the supplied collective and personal protective equipment according to the instructions received. Promote and follow the HSE rules and ‘Act responsibly’ to protect yourself and others from an injury and ill health conditions while at the work locations and/or while using road e.g. traffic rules, emergency evacuation procedure, medical surveillance, healthy lifestyle etc. Engage the HSE department in the related activities (where applicable) and be sure that the work performed follows the local HSE regulations, Corporate HSE Policy and key requirements. Attend HSE training. Promptly report to your superior any dangerous conditions of which you become aware
JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:*
Education: Relevant Bachelor Degree
Related Experience: 2 years of experience in administrative field or business experience.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent communication skills Sense of confidentiality and urgency English Language Computer and presentation skills Ability to meet deadlines Teamwork
