Responsibilities


Compensation Analysis:


  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Assist in the development and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, bonus structures, and equity plans.

Benefits Management:


  •  Implement and manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.
  • Analyze benefit utilization and employee satisfaction to recommend enhancements or changes to offerings.

Employee Recognition Programs:


  • Assist in the development and management of employee recognition initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of recognition programs and gather employee feedback for continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and prepare reports for management review.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform decisions related to total rewards.

Compliance and Governance:


  • Ensure total rewards programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive offerings.

HR operations


  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, people services, and offboarding.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
