Job Description



OverviewThe Talent Acquisiton Assistant Analyst will be responsible for executing the internal staffing process, by working closely with the hiring teams and internal applicants. Will be responsible of primarily supporting the requisition management on systems, internal offer management and pre-boarding process within a specific area of business, function or geography.

Responsibilities



Support the entire Internal Movement staffing process, consisting of eligibility check and presenting qualified, endorsed applicants to the hiring team. Own the internal & external requisitions opening and management. Ensure timely, consistent, open and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team throughout the recruitment process. Provide interview team members with appropriate materials to effectively interview and manage candidates while onsite at PepsiCo. Improve internal mobility experience for our associates through proactive, transparent & timely communication, regardless of the hiring outcome. Ensure timely implementation of candidate feedback process after gaining mutual consensus with the hiring manager and their team on candidate selection. Build and maintain productive working relationships with multiple individuals, including hiring managers, HR partner(s), and TA Operations Foster partnerships that yield consistent ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility. Communicate and educate hiring team on the staffing policies and processes for internal mobility. Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive our Operations team forward. Deliver services and drive operational efficiency at the defined SLAs/KPIs such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracy. Identify service delivery and process improvement opportunities in the assigned process. Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements.

Qualifications



Graduate Degree/ B Degree/First Level degree is required Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills Collaborative teammate Proficient oral and written communication skills 0-1 Years of HR expertise in a dynamic international business environment. Social media recruitment experience preferred (i.e. LinkedIn) Applicant Tracking System or CRM experience; iCIMS is a plus Must have a natural flair for conversations with above average communication skills Must be resilient and highly resistant to stress and frustration Must be able to work under tight deadlines and within an ambiguous environment
