People Experience (HR) Lead - Egypt

You will have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will be responsible for delivering and improving HR processes and programs through continuous improvement efforts, technology solutions and direct coaching. You will guide execution of new and/or annual programs, such as performance management, employee relations, training and development etc. You will provide the necessary tools and processes to assist managers to better manage their workforce and drive behavior for colleagues to be standing of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team and outside. You will be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success. Through your expertise and extensive knowledge, you will be able to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for patients and healthcare . Work closely with leaders across HR function, business and other key leadership role to develop and execute the Human Resources strategy. Play an advisory role in supporting leaders to anchor key initiatives in the areas of culture building, career and talent architecture and capability transformation . Ensure FTE positions are filled by diverse, qualified people, in line with the organizations recruitment policy and tools in a timely manner Manage contractor hiring via the outsourcing vendor as may be required Provide coaching to managers to ensure good talent selection decisions are made Provide advice to hiring managers on compensation packages in line with approved pay ranges and compensation framework. Ensure all systems of records are updated as required …. Workday, Payroll services and the leave system. Ensure quality talent acquisition experience for candidate and hiring managers Partner with Leaders to implement strategies that enhance colleague experiences, improve work environments that encourages colleague collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience, preferably within MNCs
Experience in leading organizations through significant change.
Experience in creating and implementing standard HR process.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office s uite skills and strong competency with tools (tools to be added by Hiring Manager).
People management experience .
Master’s degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience . Experience working with works councils/unions. Pfizer careers are like no other.
