Responsibilities Digitization Managing & supervising myWorkforce system by Creating POs, approving invoices &ensure digitization KPIs are being met. Lead outsourcing digitization agenda in assigned accounts via facial recognition machines maintenance & following up on connectivity. Manage and control OT consumption via OT module on labor view system to meet OT and total target budget by approving/rejecting overtime requests in the assigned accounts. Financial Control: Manage assigned accounts budget through Co-developing AOP, submitting relative forecast and budget reviews, close monitoring to monthly actual cost Vs Set budgets. Build detailed HC AOP Up on Business requirements, crewing, budget targets, financial tasks ,Productions plans , Logistics ,Sales routes and New business initiatives. Develop productivity initiatives to optimize OS HC and Cost to achieve R/C targets. Build monthly financial accruals of assigned accounts along with cause of change analysis and share it with Control team Build and execute the monthly HC plans to meet business requirements aligning with all relevant stakeholders (internally& Externally) meeting the AOP and maintaining the R/C targets Build a monthly comprehensive cause of change analysis for outsourcing cost and HC performance for the assigned accounts. CW Management: Keep minutely 24/7 monitoring to labor attainment in assigned accounts to ensure 100% attainment and take preventive and corrective actions timely. Implement crisis management plans in assigned accounts during seasonal peaks to ensure 100% attainment while zero business interruptions ( Ramadan , Eid Fetr , Eid Adha etc..) Prepare monthly outsourcing KPIs analysis and share it with relevant stakeholders (i.e Safety Hrs – Productivity Hrs) Manage effective labor relations in site to permanently sense labors vibes and build mitigation plan to avoid any type of labor heat on ground Handle white collar hiring process to meet business requirements – Timelines Manage business transformational projects on outsourcing front in assigned accounts (i.e. Production lines closures / transfer, Sales Routes closures / transfer, sites relocation, Plant/DC closure, Lines/routes expansions, Non-core jobs outsourcing) Conduct daily site tour to ensure all Outsourcing – Business KPIs are properly met(labor productivity , safety , food safety and labor behavior). Ensure timely and properly safety /food safety orientation sessions delivered to 100% of new labors. Review and track labor sick leave cases to ensure 100% compliance with sick leave process Compose an agile approach to smoothly manage the daily dynamic business plans with operation excellence while maintaining cost efficiency Develop a monthly corrective action plan to ensure vendors’ compliance with labor hiring documents Lead effective change management plans to ensure a smooth transition of vendor remapping across sites with zero business interruptions. Develop and run regular communication channel/venues with all types of stakeholders(Internal: HRBPs , Plant Managers , USMs , RSMs All plant,DC, All plant , DCs Supervisors , Team leaders , operators and Facilities and External : 8 Vendors and 20 Vendor supervisors) to ensure 24/7 update alignment and prompt response Run site investigations in the occasion of a code violations ( ie;Safety , food safety ,behavioural , human rights and Code of conduct etc ..) BU Management newly added responsibilities (managing IBS supplier population across 100% of Snacks & Beverage locations that mainly supply white coolers jobs around 700 Contractors ) Influencing & developing IBS leaders & acting as their population HRBP being IBS account manager Ensuring a smooth onboarding for new BU contractors Managing & supporting requests of Sr Managers/Directors of IT, GP, Facilities, H&S, SC Engineering, Legal, Comms/PPGA, Finance, & Marketing Leading the recruitment process of new BU contractors & supporting in sourcing of new critical roles Influencing CW TR, HRBP & CW Sr Mgr. for job re-evaluation requests for all BU positions Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR Proficiency in English & Arable (Written & Spoken) is a must. Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure. Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs. Presentation & communication skills Good Financial acumen & ability to work with numbers. Good negotiation skill
