JOB PURPOSE


The Payroll Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for delivering transactional and comprehensive professional payroll activities. He/she provides an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the entire group.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Execute transactions in accordance with specified procedures to ensure that all of them are recorded promptly and accurately.
  • Supervise procedural compliance to ensure adherence to all systems and processes.
  • Receive, process, and fulfill requests to ensure they are handled appropriately, promptly, and in accordance with established business requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of control by promptly reporting significant problems and instances of non-compliance to the appropriate hierarchies well as resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Guarantee the delivery and maintenance of a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS


Language Proficiency


  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in MS Office.

EDUCATION


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.



EXPERIENCE


Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
