Job Overview:


  • Partnership Specialist is to oversee relationships with partner companies and ensure the efficient delivery of services at all levels . This role involves managing existing partnerships, improving service quality, and supporting project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage relationships with partner companies to ensure smooth service delivery. 
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with service agreements and timelines. 
  • Support project-level services, ensuring alignment between partners and internal teams. 
  • Assist in drafting and managing partnership agreements. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner contributions into project workflows. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and work with partners to implement improvements. 
  • Support partnership negotiations and agreement renewals. 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. 
  • 2-5 years of experience in partnership management, vendor management, or project management. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience in management consulting or project-based environments is an advantage. 
  • Certifications such as PMP or CIPS are a plus

  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities. 
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously. 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
