Partners Management Managerref :QYX999X5 | 24 nov. 2024 date limite de candidature : 24 févr. 2025 Giza Egypt - Egypte Duties and Responsibilities1. Achieve 100% of assigned Sales targets and KPIs.2. Set the monthly KPIs for partners.3. Direct partners to the potential opportunities generating high revenues.5. Monitor the channels performance sales activities within the market place.6. Managing stock ordering and replenishment for all partners.7. Work with geographic sales force in all regions to achieve revenue targets within account portfolios.9. Cross functional relation with Marketing, finance, operations & warehouse teams to explore the company strategy implementation.10. Benchmark Franchise performance results with Quality standards and market norms in the aim of achieving operational excellence.12. Track and update top management with competition TKA expansion.13. Monitor and focus on all strategic products achievement & quality (Orange Cash, ADSL, Data)14. Enhance sales agent productivity to reach minimum 100 lines/month.15. Manage his own team in the following (Target achievements & problem solving)16. Manage and coach partners Accounts manager and Supervisors and make sure that they are all on track, achieving targets, finalize all their task s on time.17. Manage partners with almost 200 indirect shops.Job SpecificationEducation: Bachelors degree from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably Telecom Skills and abilities: 1. Communication skills.2. Negotiation skills.3. Customer orientation.4. Result orientation.5.
