THE JOB:



As a Parking Ambassador, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By anticipating guest need and modeling fast and efficient service you will set the tone for an unrivaled resort experience.
THE STARTING PAY: $ 14.65
THE SCHEDULE: On Call

THE DAY-TO-DAY:



Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation Performs other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:



Must be a minimum of 18 years of age Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience Has 6 + months of guest service experience Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate Professional appearance and demeanor Bilingual Is able to work effectively in various weather conditions
