Introduction
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Oracle Talent Management Cloud Specialist, you will use your expertise to support the human capital strategy and growth of clients by:
• Supporting Oracle Talent Management Cloud solution across modules such as Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development, and Learning.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Talent Management Cloud configurations.
• Providing insights and advice on best practices for goal setting, performance appraisal, talent development, career planning, and learning management.
• Configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle Talent Management Cloud features and functionalities in the relevant modules.
• Delivering training sessions and workshops for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption.
• Collaborating with the HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity and effective integration with other HCM modules.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise in the modules.
• Keeping abreast of new features and updates in Oracle HCM Cloud to provide clients with the latest solutions.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Oracle Talent Management Cloud Implementation and support, specifically in modules such as Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development, and Learning.
• Knowledge of talent management processes, performance appraisal methods, and learning management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
