Develop customizations and extensions using Oracle Application Development framework (ADF) and other tools.
Create reports and dashboards using Oracle BI publisher and OTBI.
Integration:
Integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems (e.g ERP, CRM).
Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools for seamless integration.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.
Documentation:
Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications and user guides.
Maintain up to date documentation for all customizations and integrations.
Requirements
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules in both on prem & Cloud (Payroll, Core & absence, OTL, Talent Management, performance and supply chain modules).
Experience with Oracle ADF, BI publisher, OTBI and OIC.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
Fluent English Speaker.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team.
