Implement products and services in line with the company’s strategic products.
Translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services.
Represent the company professionally to clients, partners and other third parties.
Proactively maintain knowledge of the company’s current and future products/solutions offerings.
Solve any technical development issues and problems.
Define technical specifications for custom extensions.
Develop and conduct quality deliverables (technical design and setup documentation).
Conduct technical training to customer’s key-users.
