The Role! The Operations Supply Acquisition Specialist is mainly responsible for managing relationships with recruitment vendors that supply our company with qualified warehouse operations team members to support the company's supply chain and logistical headcount needs. This includes developing targeted supply and recruitment strategies and ensuring a reliable pipeline of skilled warehouse operations talent. + Maintain relationships with staffing agencies, temporary worker providers, and other external talent sources to supplement the company's direct hiring efforts for warehouse operations roles.
+ Oversee the performance of the recruitment vendors and 3PLs ensuring their ability to deliver the required needed headcount on the right time and SLA.
+ Forecast and analyze warehouse operations staffing needs based on production plans, seasonal demand, and business growth projections
+ Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to reach qualified warehouse operations candidates.
+ Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain teams to align staffing plans with the company's strategic objectives
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ 1-3 years of experience in dealing with recruitment vendors and supply 3PLs is a must, with a strong focus on warehouse and logistics environments.
+ Experience in shipping, E-commerce or production industry is preferred.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
+ Strong organizational and project management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment supporting critical supply chain operations.
