Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with preference given to those experienced in the IT sector. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

1. Operational Oversight:

• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Assist in setting and executing long-term operational strategies.

• Leverage IT tools and platforms to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred:

• Experience with IT operations, infrastructure, or software development processes.
