Egybell is hiring Operations Manager for a leading company

Job Purpose:

Ensuring the processing of all tasks related to the business with optimum productivity and enforcing the achievement of the Company’s target.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Approving and/or requesting updates on the retail daily work flowchart after studying the whole department situation and determining priorities.
Following up that the work done matches the target. Advising, leading, and providing support for operations staff. Creating and following the SLA agreements. Ensuring the continuity of services and the organization of tasks among the team Ensuring VIP and urgent cases/files are treated as a priority and with the highest quality Ensuring Permanent Supervision is performed in due time and actions are taken if any problems detected Providing reports and statistics on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Top Management informed of the operations and progress of the Commercial department efforts.

The nominated candidate must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. MBA is preferred. 10+ years of experience in Insurance / Banking field with a previous experience in managerial role.
English Fluency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Conflict management and problem-solving skills
