Job Description


We are looking for a Operations & HR Manager in Cairo with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operations and administrative processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company.


This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work on direct administration function, HR, policies, procedures, IMS, H&S and internal communication.


Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions, improving operational management systems and processes
  • Process improvement across all functions related to the operations and other divisions
  • Assess and analyse operational budget to minimise expenses and optimise profits
  • Set up, implement and manage policies for the region 
  • Provide input when consulted on Administration Policies, Procedures, & Forms
  • Licensing, Office management, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance and crisis management
  • Establish a local network of suppliers

The ideal candidate fits the below profile:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Adaptability, enabling the Operations Manager to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
  • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which are essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects
  • 10 (five) years of experience in administrative processes
  • Familiarity with business and financial
