Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Oversee and improve daily operations in garment manufacturing facilities.
Technology Implementation: Deploy and maintain Garment IO’s smart factory solutions, ensuring smooth integration with production lines.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Track system performance, identify inefficiencies, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze production data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Training & Support: Educate factory staff on system usage, best practices, and efficiency-boosting techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and management to enhance operational workflows.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in garment manufacturing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields).
Experience: Prior experience in garment manufacturing, production operations, or industrial automation is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with factory teams.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic production environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Location: Must be available to work on-site in Shubra El-Kheima
