Ensure adherence to SOKNA’s policies, regulations, and service standards.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality services by both teams.
Evaluate performance regularly and address operational issues.
Identify and implement service improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Engage with hospitals and partners to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead the execution of new service initiatives and challenging cases.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Delegate tasks effectively and support team development.
Recruit and onboard new staff, including Assistants, Pallbearers, Drivers, and Field Directors.
Work with the Quality department to enhance training and performance.
Manage scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely service.
Track team performance, handle payment logistics, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit detailed reports on service operations and team performance.
Communicate updates and challenges to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of service activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, coaching, or mentoring.
2 to 4 years of prior customer service experience.
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to think strategically and adapt to dynamic environments.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach.
