As an Oncology Disease Area Partner, you will work locally, deeply integrated within the healthcare community, focusing exclusively on building meaningful stakeholder relationships without the constraints of sales targets or incentives. This allows you to focus entirely on delivering impactful, needs-based support for patients and healthcare providers.
Your Impact
Steward Roche’s products through their lifecycle and support their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner
Implement campaigns with customers and distribute promotional materials as per marketing plan and customer needs
Organize group meetings in major hospitals
Propose new ideas related to campaigns, promotional material to the pod and are responsible for the implementation after approval.
Gathering Data & Insights from the market that would help the pod to make decisions.
The DA partner focuses on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. They also bring the inside out, to bring Roche expertise, science and knowledge to the ecosystem.
Identifies important customers and keeps customer Personas up-to-date.
Continuously revises and updates the customer list & no. of patients in cooperation with the pod.
Positively participates in Internal meetings to review and discuss: achievements, Opportunities/challenges, Competitors activities.
Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unite within Roche timelines.
Ensuring great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
You have good business acumen, with desired experience in commercialization, medical, and customer experience excellence, and can leverage digital tools effectively
You demonstrate a personal commitment to improving the patient journey, with a strong drive to create value and impact on the ecosystem
You embody a strategic vision to enhance patient journeys and embed this within your actions
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and contribute
You maintain a growth mindset, learning and unlearning rapidly, experimenting, and sharing insights within and beyond Roche
You display integrity in every action, upholding honesty, ethics, and authenticity
You bring excellent stakeholder engagement skills, effectively partnering with therapeutic area experts (TAEs), organizations, and ideally with patient advocacy groups (PAGs)
You are fluent in the local language and proficient in English, facilitating collaboration across Roche’s broader enterprise.
