What you'll do
As a Sales Representative with us, you’ll sell life-changing medicines within one of four therapeutic areas: Oncology, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic, and other diseases. Using your exceptional selling skills and personable attitude, you’ll build strong and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory – from clinicians and pharmacists to nurses and consultants.
The part you play in our business will be challenging, yet rewarding, requiring you to use your resilient, collaborative and diplomatic skillsets to make connections. The majority of your work will be field based, and will require you to be highly-organised, planning your monthly schedule, attending meetings and calls, as well as writing up reports.

Accountabilities
- Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications.
- Find new channels for proper treatment of patients such as NGOs, co-payment for insured patients.
- Responsible for different accounts mapping with engagement plans.
- Follow up with all stakeholders in the assigned accounts (Payers, Diagnostics, Purchasers & Pharmacists).
- Achieve sales targets and assigned Sales KPIs in line with our policies and procedures.
- Leverage all available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.
- Build interpersonal inclusion through self-awareness, developing curiosity, and active listening, strengthening team/peer inclusion.
Essential Skills/Experience
- 2 years’ experience in Pharma commercial / Science background.
- Oncology/Hematology/Immunology/Specialty Experience.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic.
- Experience with strategic accounts & KOL management.
- Presentation skills, digital abilities, and learning agility.
- Effective interpersonal and team-building skills.
- High level of emotional & social intelligence.
