The OHTL Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, planning, and execution of Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical compliance, and providing engineering expertise to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

• Assist in the design and optimization of OHTL systems, including tower structures, conductor configurations, and foundations.
• Review and approve technical drawings, design documents, and material specifications.
• Conduct site visits to verify design requirements and address technical challenges.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues during construction.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare detailed progress reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in OHTL engineering or related projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Technical expertise in OHTL systems.
