NOK Human Capital is hiring "Office manager" for Cozy Homes, specialized in finishing & property management.
Job Description:
1- Schedule meetings and appointments
2- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
3- Organize office operations and procedures
4- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
5- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Requirements:
1- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
2- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
3- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
4- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
