Meras Solution looking for an Office Coordinator to organize and coordinate administration duties in Real Estate and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Ideally, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
Support management in different tasks
Communicate with clients if needed
Maintain meeting records for the management
Answer phone calls and take messages as necessary
Develop and maintain a filing system
Follow up and submit reports from various departments as needed
Support and facilitate the completion / submission of regular reports
Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Organize meetings, take notes and deliver minutes of meeting to all parties involved
Prepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for events, if required
Assist supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
Implement administrative procedures
Create excel sheets as requested
Responsible for office supplies and equipment's
Interface with outsource suppliers and clients
Requirements:
At least 2 year of experience in Real Estate.
Have high English Profile
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Work Conditions:
Working days : Sunday- Thursday
Working Hours : 10: 00 AM - 6 :00 P:M
