We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our office. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, insuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communications and safety.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure the smooth running of day – to – day office operations, including supplies, equipment and facilities.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers based on established office policies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee financial administration related to office operations, including budgeting and expense tracking.
Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and visitors.
Maintain excellent communication across departments.
Ensure a well-maintained office environment, including cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Organize and lead office events, conferences, and regular meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to foster team collaboration and engagement.
Supervise ana manage the office operations team, ensuring efficient task delegation, performance monitoring and support.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements relevant to office operations
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5-7 years of relevant experience in office management or administration.
Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, both written and spoken.

Education and Academic Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Preferably holds one of the following certificates: (COM, FMP)
