About Your Role:


  • Provide administrative support to employees and coordinate exchanges with the various supports (HR, finance, legal, etc.)
  • Ensure the interface with all internal and external interlocutors.
  • Ensure the administration and assist the teams in the accomplishment of their daily tasks.
  • Assist in HR daily operations.
  • Actively participate in internal communication within the company.
  • Manage the organization of events and trainings, and ensure their good unfolding.
  • Ensure the management of supplies of material resources and supplies of desk.
  • Organize the logistics of meetings, business trips and missions (reservation of the venue, maintenance of the list of participants, etc.)
  • Write, distribute, classify and archive various documents (report, minutes, note of service, contract, mail, …)
  • Provide friendly support to employees.
  • Assist with payroll variables, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Requirments


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) is a plus!
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
