Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to design, develop, and implement Odoo applications and modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Odoo framework and a passion for developing solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
Implement new features and functionalities in Odoo to enhance system capabilities.
Modify and optimize existing Odoo modules to improve performance and user experience.
Integrate Odoo with other third-party applications and systems as needed.
Assist in data migration and transformation from legacy systems to Odoo.
Ensure seamless data flow and accuracy between different systems and modules.
Provide technical support for Odoo-related issues and resolve bugs promptly.
Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Document code, configurations, and customizations for future reference and maintenance.
Prepare technical reports and provide updates on project progress to stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of team standards and practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 Proven years of experience as an Odoo Developer.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Odoo's framework and its various modules.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
