Manage all transactional process and documents for Claims and Deduction Process
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Processing
Upload claims received “Customer / Sales” on the GMB. Monitor the workflow on the DM tool and resolution Cockpit. Clear deductions Vs credit notes. Follow ups via email for the aging items to the markets.
Compliance
Ensure First Time right for capture claims. Ensure the uploading done on time and with the SLA Ensure the follow ups to be done based on the agreed timing
Optimization
Lead on enhancement projects to improve our KPIs, KRIs and NPS
Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain a strong network with other streams and other NBS streams to promote the End-to End mindset within the team Ability to escalate issues professionally Participation in the operational reviews with the market and back up the moderatos if required
Knowledge Acquisition
Develop a fair understanding of the order to cash end-to-end process to understand the impact of all processes on stakeholders
Proficient analytical skills. Background in Accounting is an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Language skills - fluent in English and local language requirement. Experience in SAP and MS applications Experience in Microsoft Office 1-2 years of experience
